2 What to replace

What this cannot do
Scanned PDFs have no text to find β they are flagged in the preview and skipped, never silently ignored.
A phrase split across two lines is not found. Search for the part that sits on one line.
Fonts: replacement text is drawn in the closest standard PDF font at the original size, colour, bold and italic.
A branded font will be very close, not pixel-identical.
